Front Desk Assistant/Receptionist

Job purpose

The Front Desk Staff takes phone calls and messages for guests and staff; refers inquiries and client concerns to the appropriate person; assists with clerical needs of staff; monitors lobby use; accepts donations and program fee payments, ensures they are put in proper place and information is recorded properly. Front Desk Staff also takes on minor cleaning and maintenance tasks.
